I would like to wish a very Merry Christmas to all and I hope you and your families have a wonderful, joyous Christmas Day. Enjoy your loved ones, enjoy the spirit of Christmas and most importantly enjoy your children. No matter their age, no matter where they are, no matter your relationship with them. Make all the memories you can, when you think you have taken too many pictures, take one more, when you think you have spoken to everyone, speak to them again, when you hug your children, hug them long and hold them tight and then hug them one more time. Be thankful for the family that surrounds you with love, be thankful for the memories of Christmas’s past and be thankful of the Christmas’s to come. Remember that Christmas is about giving, whether the gift be in a box, a meal to a hungry person, or a coat to someone that is cold. Share the story of the ultimate gift, the story of how Jesus was born, lived and died to rise again for all mankind. Please remember the donor families whose loved one’s also gave the ultimate gift, the gift of life to a total stranger. I also want to say thank you to every one that has helped get our family through another year, and our second Christmas. Without your thoughts and prayers I am not sure how we could have made it.
